Yesterday I was listening to Alex Jones at his main site www.infowars.com. I had been a fan of Mr. Jones for at least seven years, which is why it pains me to write this article. If you are up to speed on current events then you know that Dr. Edgar Mitchell, the sixth man to walk on the moon; was interviewed on Fox news on July 26, 2008. The reason I bring this up is not to rehash what I have written about Dr. Mitchell's interview, but to bring light the unbelievable amount of bias Alex Jones shows toward the UFO phenomena. What bothers me about his biased view is where it stems from, his religious beliefs. It is my personal opinion that Mr. Jones is afraid of smashing through his religious stereotypes to face the truth of this matter. Also, religion and fact have nothing to do with one another, and using religion as some sort of factual basis for this discrediting in the UFO phenomena is absolutely absurd. I would like to express that personally have no problem with any religion, as long as you do not impose your religion on another person or commit violence against another person in the name of your religion. I would say that the theological basis for Christianity cannot be argued i.e. don't steal, don't kill, don't rape… You get the idea. However I can and will argue that no one living on the face of the earth can prove conclusively, beyond any reasonable doubt, that there is a god and contrary to that, nobody can prove that there isn't. Unidentified flying objects are real phenomena; there can be absolutely no argument about this. Every year there are thousands of sightings and in the past 60 years there had been over 150,000 reported sightings of UFOs or unexplained lights in the sky. At the very least, 200 of these sightings were witnessed by high-level military intelligence officials, admirals, generals, privates, Air Force commanders, B-52 bomber pilots and so many more it's hard to even list. Needless to say, the people that occupy these positions of authority can be considered nothing but credible in their testimony. Also Alex says that we have no evidence of UFOs. When in fact, we have more evidence that UFOs exist than Mr. Jones has evidence; if you were to add everything together he has ever collected, on anything in his life. Alex has declassified documents. We have declassified documents. Alex has news reports. We have news reports. However we have over 400 top-secret witnesses willing to testifying before Congress, risking jail time for breaching their security oats; and risking their lives and their families’ lives. Mr. Jones does not call screen his radio show, please call and let him know not to discuss this topic because he is discrediting our movement, and we are not discrediting his. In fact I support everything Mr. Jones does besides discrediting the UFO movement. If you want to know what's really going on concerning the UFO phenomena checkout http://www.disclosureproject.org/ this is the smoking gun! Dr. Steven Greer is the absolute authority on the latter; he has personally debriefed sitting generals, admiral’s, members of Parliament and international governments. His focus is on a full and opened disclosure of technologies acquired from downed Extraterrestrial spacecraft, so that we may use this technology for peaceful energy generation and propulsion. He also advocates not to weaponize space, which I think is really good idea because if there are people out there (which I know for a fact there is) they would probably hand our asses to us, if we went the only offensive.
